WTB: Smith Helmet Helper

Avatar

As the title says I’m in the market for a Smith Helmet Helper. It’s a $5 part that extends the goggle strap too fit helmets better.

Unfortunately I can’t seem to find a place to grab one from without paying 10 times the cost in shipping.

If anyone knows where I could get one of these I would love to hear from you.

Cheers

Thanks mate, I emailed the address from that crappy website and got an automatic out of office reply telling me to contact another person (at skullcandy) so I emailed that address and received another out of office reply.

Hopefully they get back to me ASAP failing that I’ll consider mail forwarding it from the US but best case would be an aussie store.

lol sorry

i just rang the number instead
RRP 9.95
guy told me to ring up STM or inski and they can order it in (if they dont have floor stock which is probably the case for this specific type item)

he said they may charge you some shipping on top though so shrugs
you can work if its worth if for yourself
wink

ok rang inski
they sell for 19.95 there…except they dont have stock
and they are not ordering anything new for this season

so STM is your bet LOL

THIS is exactly why people head OS to buy stuff - our customer service is the pits!

Glad STM came through tho… but man if Humdinger hadn’t done the leg work i wouldn’t blame you for going OS after the above effort!

You completely took the thoughts right out of my head. I have generally received nothing but fantastic service from overseas sellers. Add to that the global freight/couriers often have the ability to get the items delivered to my door quicker than the combination of Aussie Stores/Auspost can. The only issue I really ever have is having to jump through hoops to get certain brands delivered because of anti-competitive restrictions put in place.

I’ll have to give STM a call, I’ve had good service from STM in the past when I got my boots modified. Unfortunately they still haven’t replied to an email enquiry I made regarding an issue I had ordering from their online store from over 2 months ago so I ended up taking my purchase to another local store.

yeah ring em mate
emails tend to only get looked at weird times

i dont like your chances of getting stuff in this late into the season though

you can see the stores all doing sales and stuff now so if they dont already have it…they are unlikely to order in
