Stoked I just had a mad week at perisher. Thursday and Friday were so good! Also stoked i am going to sleep, so tired after the drive home!
Stoked we had an awesome day for our stall at the Rock n Roll markets. The wind was ridiculous though… spent 9hrs just holding on to the damn gazebo!
Finally painted my bed today! Tokyo Snow!!! Love it 
makes my bed look brand new!
Stoked all the relevant papers arrived from Sweden and my residency application is now ready to send off!
Stoked we finished our Swedish CVs and introduction letters and emailed them off this arvo to about 12 different places (hotels, bars, restaurants) in the resort we’ll be doing the season in.
Stoked we got a reply already, saying they are just waiting for last years staff to indicate whether they will be returning, so they’ll know exactly what jobs are on offer. The deadline for that is the 25th Aug, so we’ll hear from them again soon after that!
Getting soooooo excited. Got quotes for our round the world ticket…sorta half picked a route to take across the states.
AND…its pirate weekend next weekend. Life is so damn good at the moment!
Hey cords how much was your RTW? Check out Best Flights. Right now they can hook me up with a fare that is only $2700 for RTW over xmas!! (thats cheaper than rtn to the states!) Confirmed with them over the phone that seats were available.

STA said 2699 including taxes but its pretty expensive to change dates…250 euros plus 50AUD…definitely gonna ring best flights tomorrow, was already just looking at their tickets online.
So far itinerary looks to be:
Syd-Stockholm (last week of nov or first week of dec)
Stockholm-NYC (end of july/start of august)
LA-Sydney (end of sept/start of oct)
Try the mini Lufthansa RTW fare. $2400 for 5 stops
yep I’m all over it. The one we were quoted with STA was with lufthansa but I’m still going to give bestflights a call.

Haha I’m not too bad. Still hurts that I’ve been crawling under desks to put new computers and phone lines in though!
