Okay I am going to try and go for a run/walk tomorrow morning (1st time with the C25K) I am writing this here so I am accountable for it!!
I really need to learn how to run - would love to do the couch to 5k program but not willing to get an apple product for it!!I currently do two classes a week, one works on core strength and the other is an RPM class - for 1 hour you’re basically pushing your body as hard as you can.
