to the physio people out there..
got an inflamed rotator cuff.. been taking nurofen to help ease the pain and inflammation
just wondering are there any exercises to help with getting it healed faster?

As far as I know;
arm in sling and don’t use it. Also cycle some warmth on it - will help reduce inflammation (‘heat pack’ for 10min, allow to cool for 10) it’ll increase blood flow.
Diet, blah blah, antioxidants, lots of water.
What did the Doc say or the Physio? did they have any useful advice?

doc just said take nurofen.. see physio..
ive yet to see a physio.. coz im goin to nz on friday >< so prolly see them when i get back if its not healed

Hmmmm - try and go before.
Find a sports one and they will understand your need to ride whilst injured
