Well I will be at the snow that dday, just not sure where
I’ve been picked as one of the volunteer/coordinators for the CanTeen Day at the Snow trip. My first trip with them which I’m excited about

Hey Dan we should go for a sneaky drive on the weekend and decorate the Skibum car at the Tube (unless Ash comes to us like she promised over the weekend!
I’m hoping if mine did arrive today, the postman was nice and left it at my doorstep.
I hate when he leaves me a slip for pickup. That means I have to try and get there during office hours. 
write him a note asking him to leave stuff wherever possible, and preferably with directions for somewhere around the back or behind a pot plant or something so he knows he’s allowed to leave it there and that you will find it. There are some articles that he can’t leave without a signature.
Having been a parcel delivery person, unless there is somewhere relatively out of sight of the street, or it happens to fit in the letterbox, you have to leave a card. Having a decent size letterbox, really helps! So many people with crappy tiny letterboxes!
Yeah, I’m kind of lucky because I have a large letterbox that is open at the back, so they can leave parcels in the back of it. Also, I have a high fence that surrounds my front yard, and they can walk around it and leave stuff on my front porch. Hopefully one of these happens.
I know for registered post (I think that’s it) you need a signature. I’m quite happy with that tbh. If I’m getting something valuable delivered it’s good to know it can just be left or given to anyone.
sounds good. Somewhere with decent cover that is out of the rain is also a big consideration.
Yeah we have a courtyard out the front of Dad’s place so often we find mail sitting in there hiding between the gas meter and wheelie bins.

I have been sitting at home wait for an employment contract and the postie leaves a slip. I tried to lodge a complaint that the postie didn’t even ring the bell and got told by the post office that they aren’t obliged to!
