Rome 390 Boss Bindings I don’t like my current bindings so wanted a change
Smith I/O Goggles with 2 lenses Everyone needs 3 pairs of goggles don’t they???
Burton 2L Goretex Andover Jacket I like my current outerwear but I get way too hot so giving shells a chance
Burton Cargo Pant Ordered the jacket then realised my current blue pants would look pretty bad with it so a good chance to grab some pants with more tech
Hertel ‘Super HotSauce’ Ski and Snowboard Wax (3/4 lbs) Should be enough for a while!

LOL I thought you were going to go off at me. Obviously I’m lagging behind do I get a bonus for having 4 different lenses?? 
I totally want Smith I/O - But only got new goggles last year (although they are totally trashed!) May as well keep for a bit longer than trash a new pair!

Well I’ll be able to let you know what they are like compared to Oakley A Frames and Dragon Rogues. I’m really hoping the sensor lens is good in low light my pink ion rogues didn’t quite cut the mustard (snow definition wise) last week.

haha don’t worry cords I’m a massive saver so the credit card is really only used to avoid fees and effectively gain 50 days interest free. As soon as the statement comes in it will be paid!

I’m the same DRC, I have the money but sometime in the future I’ll probably want to buy a house and therefore need a credit rating.

Yeah man I’ve been looking around for a while for a shell with some decent tech features and when I came across this it seemed to fit the bill. I just hope it comes with POW-Grip I asked burton and they said it did but there’s no mention of it on their site. I nearly went the plain black so I could just add colour with my pants but figured I may as well try something new.
I really considered the AK series but the cyclic had no tech and the stagger was slightly insulated.
I’m going to need to practice my layering though because up until this point it’s been a tshirt with my sessions jacket then sweat like crazy.
Price wise I think rhythm at cooma has them on their site for $399.95. Out of respect for the forum rules I can’t mention where I got mine but it was a fair bit cheaper.

Can’t remember everything off the top of my head but they are very similar and the AK cyclic is still a sick jacket (arguably better quality than my goretex one). The main thing that stood out is it didn’t have any form of wrist gaiters/pow grip which apparently mine will have. I also needed more pockets than the cyclic provided.
I really like the features on the stagger but unfortunately you can only get it with insulation (albeit light insulation) which I’m trying to avoid.
The AK series also has lifetime warranty which is pretty sweet.
