You only needed to submit one prior to 6pm tonight to be able to submit 2 designs, so that entry can be your only one entered as it was after 6pm;
You may submit one entry prior to July 15th, 2012 (6pm AEST), and one entry after July 15th, 2012 (6pm AEST).
If you do not submit an entry prior to July 15th, 2012 (6pm AEST), you may only submit one entry in total. You may only enter twice if your first entry is submitted before the July 15th deadline.

The time does appear to be off though.
As an example the current time is 10:33pm but it says on this forum that it’s: ^

Now sure that’s not even close to 6pm but how can you enforce a time limit when the time is wrong?

I mean he will need to tell all the people who submitted them after 6 that that is the only one’s they can enter
