Snowboard Routines.. What are yours?

Just a rough idea:
Breakfast (Lots of food)
Whack on the boots and grab the board
Lunch (Small, in case of a big stack)
Dinner (massive to re-fuel the body)

What is everyones routines for when they hit the slopes.

Do you eat like a horse regardless of what is on the dinner plate, or are you conservative.

Lets hear about your wackiest routines before hitting the mountain!!

I spend most my time trying to stretch and get my muscles. Big breakfast is essential too. I always try to have a big breakfast before riding.

Yeah pretty much identical meal habits as mentioned above. Really struggle to ride on a full stomach so small lunch/snack is always a winner, also price of food on the mountain is a joke so a small lunch also works well at looking after the bank account.

Dont you like $9 sausage rolls, $18 burgers, $8 cokes?

i always have bucket loads of mother haha, sometimes im pinging of walls from caffeen when i ride
i also started this last year but havent done it yet this season. but would eat breaky with my helmet and goggles on. I would also drink in the lodge at nyt with them on too

hahahah, that is very strange indeed hahaha.. oh man gotta try this out..
is it like a special way to get an adrenaline pumping during breaky with googles and helmet on???

Wake up
Shower
Eat breakfast (What I eat for brekkie at the snow is same as any other normal day)
Brush teeth
Put thermals, mid-layers, pants and jacket on
Get to ski fields
Take boards out of the car (+1 and mine)
Put boots on
Put neckwarmer/balaclava on
Put helmet on
Put googles on
Put gloves on
Lock car
Grab board from the ground
Walk briskly to lift (with +1 trailing slightly behind)
RIDE!

Similar Routine to mine kort!

Wake up
Drag self across floor to bathroom
Shower
Eat breakfast (All ya can jamb down ya neck Buffet)
Brush teeth
Put thermals, mid-layers, pants and jacket on + socks
Already at ski fields
Take boards out of storage place
Put boots on
Put face mask on
Put helmet on (sometimes)

Tsk tsk Mizu - set the example for your kids wink

I think the only thing we forgot to include was toilet breaks…...with alll the fibre I eat, constipation is a foreign word to me (is that too much information?!

Finish work in Sydney 5pm
Meet at my brothers place.
Jump in car with the girlfriend/brother/sister in law etc.
5 hours down to Jindy.
11pm bourbons to relax.
Hit the sack at 1-2am
Wake up 7:30ish.
Pump up DVD on (MtN Lab, Thats it Thats all, The B movie etc.)
Egg/Bacon/Hash brown for breakky.
Brush teeth
Grab jacket, gear, board and pack the car.
30min drive up to Thredbo.
Ride Ride Ride.
Finish day and head back to Jindy.
Dinner and Drinks
and Drinks
and Drinks
Crash out.
Repeat for Sunday.
Jump in Car, 5 hour drive back to Sydney (hope theres no traffic)
In bed by 10ish.
Get to work on Monday to help pay for it all.
