So many people detest Coriander!! It’s in sooo many cuisines!
i love coriander. delicious.
Hahaha my sister in law and her partner both can’t stand coriander and won’t eat anything that has it lol!
I seriously reckon they it a lot more of it then they know!
Mexican
Asian dishes
Japanese
its very common in the south east asian dishes
Thai/Viet/Laos/indonesian/etc
as it loses it flavour with heat (ie cooking)
its not a cooked, its mostly used to garnish or finish the dish….so most places are more than happy to not put it in the food, saves them money
just many of them forget because force of habit
Artichoke is just wrong!!!!!
Brussel Sprouts are good if ya cook them right!!!!!
I don’t like beetroot either. I don’t touch it. I’m pretty bad with veges, really. I’m with you, oz - I prefer a salad any day.
buttt roast potato and roast pumpkin are all time.
Pretty sure that the main stay of salad is made up from veggies?????
Baked beetroot is the bomb!!!!! Beetroot dip is awesome!!!!! I never put it on a burger though!!!!!
Brussel Sprouts are good if ya cook them right!!!!!

I’m not a major fan of coriander either!!!!! Unless it’s companion is some red hot chilies!!!!!
And fennel!!!!! What’s the trend with fennel these days????? I just don’t take to the anise flavour!!!!! Anyone want my black jelly beans?????
The stuff grows as a weed on the side of the freeway!!!!!
Next, they’ll be addin lantana stems into gourmet cuisine!!!!!
I hate aniseed flavour! yeeuuucchhh!
My mum used to make this artichoke chicken dish when I was a kid…the first time she made it was the last time I ate artichoke…I just picked it off every time since then. Its got a pretty strong flavour so certainly know if I’ve missed some!
Is Rhubarb a vege? I hate that stuff!!!! Some fools think they can make a dessert out of it.
Only thing that should be done with it, is giving it a good does of Glysophate.
Yeah rhubarb is a vege, but I gotta say .... I love rhubarb crumble with custard!!
I also like coriander too, so not sure what that says…
I can’t say I’m very experienced with vegies but I voted for celery anyway because they taste absolutely awful
I agree with the coriander comments, but it might just be Asian cuisine’s cooking style
