I’m not quite sure where our relationship is heading at this moment, but unless ya start to comfort me and place some of the blame onto the tungsten carbide tips, I can sense that we will be havin issues!!!!!

DEVO we have stocktake tomorrow. Starting at 7am and probably go through till about 5pm. Not the best way to spend a Saturday.
At least I get paid for it, so it’s not all bad.
To add to my list of woes on Monday I get to have my ear drilled out, next week is going to suck!

Devo cause I got caught between a rock and a hard place yesterday (hard place being the concrete base of a lift tower) I narrowly avoided hitting both but absolutely ate it after. I knew my shoulder/neck was hurting from it but this morning I can barely move my neck. Dark has to take time off work to get me to the doctor/physio to find out wtf happened.
muscle spasms. Get some heat on it (heat packs, wheat packs, whatever)...have voltaren in tablet form and get yourself some cream called percutane from the chemist to put on it. Its like deep heat but wayyyy better and natural ingredients. 1 or 2 days with that formula and you should be sweet!
Yeah, Voltaren is the winner as that will reduce the swellin, that’s most likely impactin on a nerve!!!!! Do ya get a sharp stabbin pain when ya try to move ya neck????? Voltaren 25 is what’s available over the counter, so I just take 2 for somethin that’s bad, as if ya got a script from the Doc he would get 50’s!!!!!
