Thats what i love about the terrain garden, you get a nice freeride before every park run. I wish all parks were like that.
Excellent thread guys. I love how the brain works on a problem even when you’re not necessarily performing the action in the body so that when it comes time to perform the action the brains already primed for it.
I guess thats what ‘visualisation’ is about ... powerful tool!
