just been looking on perisher and national parks websites and cant really find rules on pets, anyone know where i can find the info or anyone know the info?
mate national park = no pets at all.
yea thats what i thought originally, just couldnt find a solid answer anywhere
ring up if you want a definitive answer but 100% no pets are allowed in any national park.
EDIT- Actaully i lie, i have seen dogs in Falls Creek and just saw on their website they have a dog policy that involves permits etc.
So maybe they are allowed in certain areas? Either way id say ring up if your really keen to take your dog down.
And let me know how you go with your dog in your car for 5 or so hours whilst you drive! my mates dos piss me off after 5 mins in the car let alone a few hours
In NSW no pets allowed.
The rule was bought in during my childhood and they allowed the pets that were already living in the park stay but no new ones.
There is a small chance that a dog or two is alive since the rule was bought in but the would be getting old now.

Thanks. Yes he is a good boy. Big for a BC as well. Weighs 27kgs which is pretty big, most weigh b/n 19-22kg. He has no fat on him, but is really thick through the chest and shoulders. I would love to see him running through the snow.
