Boardworld is getting a promo van!
i like the grind rack idea!
I think we’re looking at something like Mitsubishi Express or Toyota Hiace. Something with lots of canvas to play with.
Mr Radpants, I’ve been looking into vinyl wraps. How much would something like this cost? Would be pimp to wrap the whole van black, with white logos. Which company do you work for?

The company i work for is decently exposed (google it if youd like, id put the web address but there are EYES at my work that keep a watch of where web traffic comes from and i dont want boardworld blacklisted from my daily routine) but we are in melbourne anyway so probs not really helpful in that regard. If you need any artwork help i can be of assistance though.
Cost wise…..expensive! theres alot of media in a van, especially a full wrap, if you want i can ask what it would cost for us to do it

that i do, came up with this little gem quickly, i think the roof rack turning the van into a “park feature” would be amazing, not sure how the people donating the van will think but hey, they’re lending you a van for EXTREME sports participant website theyve got to expect it to get a little dinged up.

The CBD van looks good but the little CBD’s look more like DOD lol.

Agreed, that could be the coolest thing ever.
But it’s a conflict of “Being the coolest rail jam promotion ever” and “Jez not wanting boarders landing on the roof of his shiny new promo van” Personally I could never let anyone do that to a car of mine…. But such a sick idea.
You’d have to fully reinforce the roof and make a way for people to get up there. Seems a bit of a waste when you could easily use the roof for actual roof racks to hold equipment etc.
You planning to bring the van to the shred? could fit the boards and stuff in better than the toyota from last year.

So this is the van we will hopefully be purchasing tomorrow. It’s a 2002 Toyota Hiace.
I’m thinking we want to do a full vinyl wrap in black with white Boardworld branding on the sides and back. What do you guys think? Any ideas for designs?
