The worst is when your standing in the lift line at the back and you hear someone screaming “sorry! sorry!” then bam, they run into you.
Has happened to me about 3 times, each time it was a person of the same race…
if your cant stop and you are coming up to a line of people…JUMP OFF YOUR BOARD/SKIS ONTO YOUR BACK/FRONT
Happened to me way to many times! Usually while I’m carrying a multi thousand dollar camera because then I’m not watching up hill?!?!?
I remember the first day i got my new burton board, i had done one run and felt like king dick with my new deck, waiting in line for the lift and this out of contral (insert you fav swear word here) skier barreled into the lines riding straight over my board deck putting a huge scratch on its pristene face, i was soooooooooo angry but was a gentleman about it and helped pick up fellow fallen line standers

You used the correct swear word after the brackets (skier) 
^Sponars, Central Spur, Thredbo. Taken from my apartment last year. Dam patrollers ruined my shot by putting those lines through it 
They actually improved it - I took photos without their tracks while setting up the camera, within 5mins the place was entirely tracked out, was hard to watch (like a train crash) but spectacular at the same time. Can’t remember why I wasn’t on the hill early that day?

When I got my scallywag, I went from Perisher to Guthega and got a skier slice right through the face of the pirate on my board. First day! Was pretty devo.
After that day, I rode it so much that it had many scars and I didn’t mind so much anymore
I don’t know if MadMeg is going to compete at the LA Xgames but she was invited!

Hahahaha! I had a shocker that day… Was watching out for my broken finger and riding the flat-kick capita board which I really wasn’t enjoying.
+ The massive camera that I had to have in my pocket for super high def (would have been just as good with a smaller POV )
