I’ve been training pretty hard in this department also.
The whole getting to the gym thing has been a little lax lately.

Look we all know that this is what really matters. So i will keep it up!
Sounds like most people are training for ‘the shred’

You’re not a Grizzly, they are the jerks of the bear world.
You’re a Polar Bear during the winter and a Water Bear (what ever the hell that is) during the summer
Makes sense to me.
I am on a very extreme weight gain diet increasing my fat layer so I no longer need to buy insulated jackets. I also hear it will increase my swing weight which i think is what i need for landing triple corks. So far I’ve probably gained 10 kilos since last season on a regime of over eating and staring at online snowboard videos, blogs and forums.

And here I was thinking extra swing weight was a bad thing.
I guess you could send it off a 100 footer so u have lots of air time, then throw some beer gut into it to keep you rotating through 3 flips. it all makes sense now….
You get a nice padded landing too
Sounds gruelling!!!!!
Keep up the good work, Alex!!!!!
I have never done training lol. I actually find tho the best thing is heaps of walking!!! 6 months off the board, went for a slide in America after walking around for 4 weeks straight and didn’t have a single pain from it!!!
So if I walk to the pub, I can train for days AND nights in Jindy all at once!
