A Loose Alliance Pirate day (or long weekend!) is back for the third year running. Running on the 18th and 19th of August at Selwyn snowfields. This is an open invite to Boardworld members, come get your pirate on if your free that weekend. It would be good to see a few BW pirate heads this year.

Come down to Selwyn, bring your best pirate gear and your ship (board/skis)
Leave your egos at home- its hard to look too cool when your dressed as a pirate (or a parrot)! Any level of rider is welcome, from beginners to Terje

Cheap passes ($25 park pass) and cheap accommodation mean that it doesn’t cost much.

Accommodation: At this stage there are two options. 16 spots available at $62.50 per person. 24 spots available at $71 per person. This covers you for BOTH nights (fri 17th and Sat 18th) Message either of the hosts for details on what those different options include and what spots are left!

We have a limited number of Pirate Day 3 shirts available with the logo below .......a few BW members have PM’d me on Facecrack asking about them. I’d be stoked if people that couldn’t make it this year still wanted a shirt.
So if anyone wants one, BW members can get them for the same price as people going to pirate day who preorder.
Thats $22 (+$10 express post if mailing) or I can get them to the Shred/meet up somewhere as well to get rid of p/h.

But I could help ferry people to Cooma if that helps for lifts?

Seriously considering coming.

Is it kid friendly? Would be a massive day for us, 10 hours drive and 6 hours on snow…....... worth it?
you can’t make a weekend of it? saturday is the dress up day and we’ll all ride again on the sunday?! Definitely kid friendly. Last year there was some other people’s kid(s) - no parents in sight who just attached themselves to us. A little boy about 8 on skis who was hilarious!
If I swear when I inevitably crash, I’ll try to do it in Swedish. hahaha

Yep training both days. I don’t have to go but it is in my best interest to go, As the quicker I get thru the better, Training is set up for every second weekend from the long week til the end of the season.
I can get people from the Sydney CBD to Cooma. Depending on what time we escape the city I may be able to drive them to Adaminaby if they I like em 
So your not willing to ferry people to and fro Syd-Cooma? 
The date looks good for PP to attend - we already have a ship built!
Will talk to Dark and static, dark loves dressing and talking like a pirate!
