Well I guess the good news was that on the perisher valley weather station they had almost 20mm of rain over 12 hours prior to the temp dropping below freezing. Hopefully that’s enough to freeze the ground up today and any snow that falls sticks and forms a base, hoping for the 20cms that the grasshopper has hinted at!
