Crust is the shop… They are gourmet pizzas so you’re looking 20-25 bucks a pizza. Pretty delicious though.
ohhhh yes I have heard of these Crust pizzas. I’ve never spent that much on a pizza until I went to Sven’s in Bondi Junction the other week and it was so delicious! But it was swedish pizza that you can’t get anywhere else, so that is probably the only time I’ll ever be willing to outlay that much. 
Travelled up to The Gong this weekend to go to the Crossfit Regionals that was held at the WIN Entertainment Centre.
Myself and 3 mates left at lunchtime Thursday, we drove to Wagga Wagga and did a workout at the crossfit gym there (Mil-Fit Military Fitness Specialist), afterwards we had dinner and a few beers at the local pub with some of the boys from the gym.
We left around 6am the next morning(Friday) to make the trip to the Gong. Arrived around 11am and headed to the Crossfit Regionals, watched some ridiculous examples of extreme fitness & strength then went to the b each to do a short but ridiculously hard workout (watching these guys go at it made us keen as mustard to do a workout, with no gym around we settled for some beach sprints, crawls and backwards crawls) then back into the regionals to drink some well earned beers.
That night i went to dinner with my gf and some of our good friends, afterwards i met up with my mates and the boys from Wagga Wagga. By that stage everyone was well under the influence and we spent a solid night drinking in a very quiet North Gong Pub.
Sat was more the same, watching the events then getting on the piss. That night was a cracker, went to the Illawarra (i’m not normally one to go here but some of the boys wanted to go) and was an interesting night, will put the events in point form;
-Before we even got in i had this extremely hot girl hit on me (she thought i was competing at the regionals, i didnt have the heart to tell her i wasnt). When we got in she walked over to me, told me im staying at her place tonight and its going to be fun. Then she told my mate what she was going to do to me and all he said was “it sounded like things you see in porn!” I told her friend i was gay and that was the last time i saw her
-Drank a metric f**kload of booze (drinking with 2 Irish guys will do that)
-A guy we met at the Regionals was telling us about how last time he was in Melbourne he hooked up with these 2 girls, had a 3way kiss etc. We were like “oh yeh cool” 2 mins later he is doing it with 2 girls near the bar..after watching him tune girls all night, i can honestly say he has a gift. He needs to write a book.
-Was suprised at the amount of fully sick hectic guys at the Illawarra (actually i dont know why i was suprised, its always been that way but living in Melbourne i dont see it as much as i used to) Because me and my mates are relatively solid due to gym etc. could feel all these guys just staring at you as we walked through the place sizing you up, that or they were annoyed that 4 guys ahd about 12 girls around us drinking/laughing/dancing etc. who knows.
Those were the good things, was so stoked on the whole event. The atmosphere was awesome, the biggest cheers the whole time were for whoever was coming last when they get to their final reps. Made some good friends with other gyms, saw some epic workouts and some amazing athletes. The bad things was my bank balance after the weekend & the shit drive back last night (got in at midnight), so have to do some housework then going to do a workout, a run and start assembling my bmx.
P.S. I watched this girl (Denae Brown) competing on the weekend. Im going to throw it out there, i think she is perfect. So pretty, such an amazing body and i will gladly be her personal slave for eternity.

Seems kinda counter productive to do all that training and then drink shit loads of beer. OR maybe that lets you drink shit loads of beer?
Stoked I finally put the effort in to work out how to use torrents - look out bandwidth.
Now have several new programs to play with, a couple of HD movies and some dodgy quality (not released yet) ones to watch.I also discovered Sound Cloud yesterday so have access to a heap of non copyright music to use on videos that YouTube won’t pull up - One of my regular clients insists on YouTube.
Do you use creative commons Spaz? theres heaps of good music on there and a lot of it lets you use it even for commercial purposes

They had one of those online voucher deals going last year - Any two pizzas from their menu plus a garlic pizza for like, sixteen bucks or something.

Have you tried the kebab pizza? Having it the other week after nearly 3 years since we were in Sweden the last time, was absolute delicious heaven! Freddy claimed he wouldn’t eat anything for a week, to keep the glorious taste in his mouth. haha
