i reakon then google calender is more of a way to go then or maybe someone might have struck gold and find other program

I think it is more for meet ups etc. If you are going riding on the weekend by yourself and want a mate, check the calender and PM someone, easy as pie!

Sharepoint is awesome, we use it here as well. Just that BW isn’t made using sharepoint so therefore adding a sharepoint calender wouldn’t work.
