Not our fault that it fixes MOST problems… Then there is the issue of the user claiming that they have rebooted but when I reboot thier PC the problem gets resolved! Really?! Why didn’t you just say no I haven’t rebooted but I’ll do it now and im sorry to bother you because I know I should have rebooted my PC before calling you but instead I’ve just tried to lie to you because I’m too important to reboot my PC!

Its not that I think I am too important to reboot. its just it takes sooooo long to set me computer up to work (due freakin lotus notes!) but previously it was because i would be in the middle of something or had all these programs open which were my to do list!!
MEGA STOKED!!! I made a photo book with photos and our blog from our American trip. Got an email on Thursday saying it was posted, got delivered this morning!!! It looks so good!!!

Nope, there was 2 mac’s on my facebook feed needing a fix this week. They had to pack up the whole thing and take it into a shop that they had to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment for.
