Another hard day in the office!
Doing my last day of shooting for ABC3 for an upcoming show “3Factor” featuring young kids overcoming adversity - the 2 I’ve been working with are about to become world class athletes.
This is 17 year old, current Australian Women’s MX champion Meghan Rutledge, she has been invited to compete at the 2012 X Games in Los Angeles.
As opposed to the Go-Karting shoot last week in the rain, today was A1+ perfect. I couldn’t resist coming home and editing some of the footage.
Mad!
Pulls up, mum hands the phone over and straight onto facebook haha
Cool!
Thats a very strategically placed ‘rear’ camera!
That rear camera got some “interesting” shots - she ended up knocking it off with her bum (it was held on with gaffer tape on a very greasy mud guard). The last shot is her pulling up to retrieve it from the track. Can you believe it landed pointing straight down the track with the horizon level!! Only it happened on the last lap so didn’t get a shot of her riding past.
It looks that way doesn’t it db She had told her mum to take photos and wanted to see how she went. - Probably to post them on facebook
Oh really? i thought you placed that camera on the gorund. That is hell lucky!
I’m a lucky guy, things fall into place often for me.
Though I do take a few hits to level out the karma.
Awesome. I Love it when chicks do extreme sports!
