Gonna add a special mention for late night grub, there use to be a food caravan in Canberra called Brodburger and they got shut down by the ACT Government. Till 4pm on Sundays, closed on Monday and ‘Late’ every other night!!!
Fridays nights here I come!
Mum makes me a roast on Sundays hehe! Its perfect, she cooks it and then I call her as I leave the mountain and she has it on the table when I arrive. Its nice its the only dinner I eat with them over the weekend. Then I jump in the car for the drive home!

For any melbourne heads i really recommend HUXTABURGER on smith street, best burger ive had in years. Each burger is named after a member of the huxtable family (the cosby show), eg theo, rudi, denise. Such good burgers!
If your down the Bellarine coast (torquay etc) then try and get into my mates restaurant LOAM. He’s been given 2 hats and regional restaurant of the year and rightly so, its an alacarte type of deal so take someone who your trying to get into the good books with.
