how come you only got 3 months rego?

Can’t afford to pay $900 for 12 months in one go haha.

I swear rego in Canberra is more expensive than other states?!

It is. Canberra has the highest ergo prices in the country.

I don’t know about you but I pay REGO LOL

2003 Holden Rodeo- Rego Due real soon, haft to go 3 months option at $400 bones downer ,

Almost to the Fyshwick Fail this morning, and the Bird (‘01 Thunderbird 900) got choppy (sound and perform) worried about Carbies, Sparkies, everything else everyone was suggesting. Some up and down, but pick up my boss from work in the city, running, smooth- stayed smooth all the way home = hoping that Gremlin fixed itself!!!!!

My car has been in and out of the mechanic last two weeks. Had to get two new rear tyres, front and rear shocks, front right wheel bearing and a service. Expensive fortnight :-(

After he fleeced us $1200 for the rear tyres and shocks when the sound was ALWAYS coming from the front of the car and works out it was a front wheel bearing after all…I wouldnt call that a good mechanic!

Chucky (not his fault) put me onto some Burton Elevator (riser) Pads on ebay that he saw and remembered that I had created a thread about them and was looking for some. Anyway, bought them off ebay and they arrived today with ONE, not one pair. What kind of douche sells one. Then again, what kind of douche buys one. GRRRRRR michelle

Yeah, I can see the funny side about it now. Not too pissed. My fault as I should have read the eBay ad better. Did get some extra bolts, Burton track mount insert things and some stickers as well. Just couldn’t believe it when I opened the box.

WTF?!?!?!?!?!

Dude, do NOT let them rip you off! The listing clearly said “Burton Elevator Plates” and “new in box” - and a “box” contains TWO of them. Even if they’ve sneakily tried to insert wording somewhere else, you’ve got a good case for getting your money back! As these are always sold in pairs, what the seller has done is essentially like selling you ONE SHOE. Make an eBay “item not as described” claim as soon as possible.

So sorry to hear about it - I thought I was doing you a favour.  hmmm

OK, so I went and found the eBay ad, and you’ve definitely got reason to make a claim.

Under “Condition:”, it says “New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item” - yet they would have had to have opened the box to remove the second elevator plate.
