Vegas’s Vimeo setting is likely to be 960X720 with data rate of 5000kbps (5mbps). (I’m not familiar with Vegas).
New upload looks great on HD. It loaded in a respectable time as well - my wifi has a good connection this am and the net seem quiet so everything is loading quick.
