Take a look at the video from Park City. Honestly I reckon the first 35 seconds is the best in the entire video..

-Any idea what board Scott Stevens is riding?

-What would you name that trick at 20 seconds? Is he magic?

I can’t get over it myself haha.

he rides many of the boards in the capita range

indoor/ultrafear/stairmaster/TFA

believe is was using ultrafear mainly last season

however…research tells me he rides his own pro model
which im lead to believe is not for retail

Trick looks like a 360 butter into tame dog

Butter Spin into a Tame Dog.

Ahh sweet thanks guys…

So if I pull off one of those I can have my own personally made pro model snowboard? wink
Is that you in the photo Humding? Loving the jacket!

So do you think the 360 butter makes it harder to do the flip or easier because he has a bit more momentum?

I was checking out those capita boards, they look sick. Whats the difference between reverse camber shape and rocker? Always thought that rocker was camber in reverse.. Man I feel like such a non-educated snowboarder haha

Avatar

there is no difference. reverse camber and rocker are the same.

^ This is correct. Reverse camber = rocker.

Some ppl like to say rocker just means an early rise tip though but I agree with rider, for the most part reverse camber = rocker

HIGHLY RECOMMEND capita boards! I rode a 2012 horrorscope (ultrafear is a horrorscope on steroids) last year, awesome board, took it everywhere and it easily kept up with any freeride board on the aussie mountains, learnt alott of new tricks on it because it was just easy to maneuver. To be honest i havent waxed it at all since new and the base looks freshly waxed, and hardly any scratches or marks on it. I was veryy impressed it took my sh!t, ate it up and then asked whats next? lol awesome board!

unfortunately no thats not me LOL
stole it from google images =p

i ride capita (2008 indoor cambered)
great board…..only heard good things from this company

for sure combining tricks would be harder
more things to worry about….if you watch again, he fully completes the butter before doing the tame dog
Stevens just flows and makes it look easy
