Stoked my event yesterday went well - the team and client were happy. Dinner with the clients assistants also went well and dessert was fab!
Roasted Strawberry, Raspberry Sorbet and Meringue - sooo good!
I saw that pic it looks amazing!!!
how much do they charge for that dessert?

If you watch Masterchef it is the Restaurant the kids took over in an ep
nah don’t watch it. Just am always mind boggled that anyone will ever pay for anything like that at the prices they charge. I’m sure it is delicious but I don’t think it is THAT much more delicious than Bulla Wild Berry frozen yoghurt!
Sorry but yes MUCH more delicious than wild berry frozen yoghurt! (to which i am quite partial too!)
But knew you were going to say the above which is why i didn’t tell you how much it cost or about the chauffeur driven cars i got to and from the venue (less than 3kms each way)
But i will say this I LOVE MY JOB - and enjoy getting to experience these things.

the prices some places charge, for half a spoonful of ice cream and some other fancy shit is ridiculous.
Give me $6 to get a box of paddlepops and im good for an hour or so!
