If i could make pepper sauce i’d die happy, but when the steak is good quality nothing beats salt pepper garlic rosemary and the resting juices.
And bacon

I dont know if it just me, but when i cook a top cut of meat i dont put anything on it apart from a bit of salt.
I am like you - but sometimes like a bit of sauce on it. And sometimes a bit of dry rub.
I like to mix things up
