Oh and what are you guys putting as your preference? I would have love to have done sport. But you have to be there early or something… maybe extra training?
So I did 1st - Events, 2nd Village Management, Third Ceremonies.
I haven’t hit submit yet - so can change it if you guys think something else looks ‘cooler’

Who from the Sochi Planning Committee? I doubt it. But maybe I am too trusting.
They will need it to do the background checks so i don’t think you can submit without it?

I put Events, Village Management, Technology. (if they want someone for tech, it might be easier for me…)
The hard part is trying to submit though…

Ok, you have to add Russian to be able to submit.
I put basic - I.E. I can say Hello (Privet)

Maybe we do need to speak some Russian?
It does say that on the overall volunteer requirements….
Maybe we just say basic and then lets go do a russian language course if we get accepted! LOL

EDIT: i have submitted mine.
I was thinking sport but they said you have to know how to ski in that one… and if that excludes snowboarding, then I don’t want any part. Ceremonies I would think would be good but may also involve you missing all the good stuff.
