Dude, you’ve gone too far! | 6 |
I always been a baggy fit guy when it comes to snowboard pants, and always grab the largest size in the style I’m after. But after this year’s gear arrived today (had to search all four corners of the earth - but that’s another story), and after my first try on, I think I’ve gone a bit too far this time.
So Boardworlders… are things getting silly?? If I keep them it looks like the waist is going to have to come in 1/2 a foot!
hard to tell from that pic! who cares what we think, anyway!
you could smuggle a whole heap of those rabbits in the spare space!
that is huge lol….
wow, my pants have always been baggy, but i put a belt on and its sweet, that looks like you need suspenders! haha
Maybe ya should eat the rabbit?????
I like baggy too but dude thats double your size lol i usually just upsize by one size but everyone is different.
Only problem i can see (other then the ovibious) is that when you put a belt on its gonna squish the pants up at the top, so it’ll look funny unless you wear longer shirts/jackets to cover it up
I like baggy stuff too but I think that’s way too big (at least at the waist).
Let me state this clearly, for all the new people coming into snowboarding.
If the legs of your pants are catching under your edges… you’ve gone too big. ANYTHING smaller than that is sweet.
Basically, you can’t go too loose, only too tight. DON’T GO TOO TIGHT…. PLEASE!
Other guys don’t need to see that, AND
Anything that you may want to show off to the girls on the mountain, will seriously reduce in size, in the cold. Know what I mean?
The legs don’t look too bad, just the waist is epic!

^ Amen brother…
Yo AJ
Have you looked on the inside of the waste of those things? Not sure about AK, but most new burton pants have elastic pull in straps.
They are so good, lets you pull the waste right in so it doesn’t bunch up when you put your belt on.
I hope yours has it dude, cause they are BIG.
Yep, same system as other Burton pants.
No stress but, I always send my pants off to the tailor for some custom mods. Usually it’s for a waist tuck and extra crotch venting for my overheating balls, but Burton have a pretty sweet vent going on.
The challenge is usually convincing the tailor why you don’t just get a size that fits…

hahaha you must have some big balls! :p
It’s a cross I bear…
hahaha my pants are always that baggy that the bottom of them drags on the ground, i always mean to get smaller pants but never do…
