training hasn’t really been great
did the 1/2 Marathon earlier in 2 hrs 12mins (21km)
but this is off road and will take a bit longer
i hope the rain eases up - don’t want a wet track :(

Well i finished!!
Took me 3hrs to run the 25km track
i lost the plot for a lot of the race, last 5km was really tough
But i FINISHED!!!!!!!

Well done mate! That’s an EPIC effort. Just finishing is a great job, but to do it in 3hrs is awesome. I’d be happy with 7min p/km doing XC.
