I beg to differ! My hand is still giving me grief my physio and chiro both suggest icing when inflamed (ie hurting)
i only iced it up yesterday cause i stood on a rock and rolled it a tiny but si it was a tad swollen again

I counter beg, by agreein with spaz!!!!!
Every time I have iced an injury, the healin time has been noticeably longer than when i have used heat!!!!!
When I snapped my achilles, I was back surfing before the physio even called me in for a consultation!!!!!
