SKATE {a skateboarding animation}
A real homemade skateboarding animation.
I grabbed skate sequences from Google and from magazines such as The Skateboard Mag, SKATEboarding and Juxtapoz for the artwork.
Skaters are animated using different animating techniques, like stop motion photography or by animating them with After Effects.
Here’s a short list of the skaters appearing:
Trevor Colden
Gilbert Crockett
Luan Oliveira
Zac Archuleta
Casey Wells
and so many more I can’t find the name right now.
The backing song is “Currency of Love” from Silversun Pickups and the sounds are from Fabio Conti fabiocontimusic.bandcamp.com/
