Azz, I would pay:
Sundeck = $1000 for 7 nights.
1000/7 = 142.85
So the most I’ll have paid for on snow Australian Accom would be $142.85 per person, per night.
That being said, it’s not peak but the sundeck might be a bit nicer (and no cleaning) than a club lodge.
Would put the rate around the $120 per person per night and you’d still get good business. Of course this also depends on the breaky and dinner. If they are cerial and milk and then like a cheeseburger for dinner, it doesn’t compare to Big Breaky and Steak for dinner.
Thanks TJ
The meals are great, fully cooked breakfast, cooked after you order, not a buffet and the evening meals are amazing. Rack of lamb, etc etc. Really good pub food standard bridging towards restaurant meals.
The only cleaning is strip your linen and vacuum floor at end of stay. (most people don’t do it anyway )
Is having flexible days for coming and going an advantage for anyone? Rather than two night weekend and a five night week?
absolutely.
In that case, 140-150ish. Nice place? or older style with outdated furniture? 140 per person per night seems to be a pretty good number… That’s $1k for the week per person.
Flexi days is definitely an advantage.
You could always do $130 per weeknight and $160 per weekend night to entice people for weekdays.
Yeah, nice. Just put new leather couches in. Most of the outside has just been re-clad, the bits you see anyway. Three of the rooms have just been totally re done.
I am not sure what the bed configurations are going to be, there are 7 new queen size mattresses on the way with custom hardwood timber beds for them.
Bathrooms are about 5 years from being done up. Not the Hilton, but as good as anywhere I have stayed on snow in Oz.
Big drying room and gear storage etc etc Massive lounge, open fire…......
Big lodge, warm, friendly etc etc.
all you need know is a bar and stripper poles and it would be perfect.
