FIFA World Cup 2010

that Honduras keeper was on fire last night. but I disagree t-spec, I think Spain will roll all over Honduras & Chili for sure. Honduras looked so bad out there and Chili only managed a 1-0 game? with a goal that just bounced off Beausejour’s butt

i will support socceroos but my money is on germany for sure. they are unbelieveable.

soccer is the best sport

germany will win for sure

soccer is the best sport

Matter of opinion. I just have one question to those of you who follow soccer, it has one of the highest upset rates of any professional sport (Shown by Switzerland beating Spain last night) so then shouldn’t soccer players be the least paid sports people because its a matter of chance as much as it is skill?

I’m heading back to the TV now, but seriously, how weak was that goal Argentina let in just before half time…

I should have posted this earlier…

Does anyone watch Special 1 TV (AKA I’m On Setanta Sports)? They are back for the World Cup.

I’ll post more videos tomorrow. Check it out!

The World Cup is anyones for the taking when you think about it!
Unpredictable, seeing as certain teams are winning and a lot of people presumed they wouldn’t.

It gets exciting from now on in smile

I can’t believe what happened in the Nigeria game. Such a selfish act, one person letting the whole team down in a moment of madness. What was he thinking kicking another player after play had stopped? Crazy!

Episode Two…

Nigeria will still get through. What a way to get sent off though. Kicking out at someone, such a stupid act. I despise the way that so many players fall over and ham it up, but that was defintely a red card despite the Greek’s reaction.

Drogba has a lot of catching up to do to get the golden boot though! raspberry

Yeah it was very weak, but made the game a bit more intersting for a bit

The US v Slovenia game ends 2-2.
The USA needs a win against Algeria on Wed to advance.
Algeria all ready lost one against Slovenia, so chances are good.
England is the biggest threat in the group I’d think, but you never know.

I enjoyed seeing bits of the game today.
England plays in a few hours and I’ll be paying attention, but not able to watch the whole game.

I’d just like to see my team do decent.
The Americans should be more into the sport, and I’m always surprised that we are not.

I’m going to keep this short and sweet, otherwise you are going to hear a tirade of abuse about referees. That was not a red card! Anyway, I’m proud of the Socceroos. They played extremely well and deserved the win. Harry Kewell is a legend! REFS…. grrrrrrr
