g-loves….
Burton leather ones for cold days which I layer with a thin thermal glove on the super cold days and pipe gloves as much as possible when it is not so chilly.
gloves all the way for me.. I just can’t handle feeling like a retard with mits.
Used to have a pair of dakine bronco GT’s which were awesome but just had to bin them at the end as i just couldn’t handle the smell they held with them. Just grabbed a set of pow gloves which so far seem to be doing the job pretty bloody well.
I love my spring gloves, all thin and comfortable. but for warmth it has to be a mittens. they are much warmer. but I prefer the dexterity of a glove.
My wife is sold on mittens, she wears them all the time.
Just on this… a few years ago, my +1 used to continually complain about having cold hands - it basically affected the amount of riding she did (which in turn affected mine ). In the end we did some serious scouring of the internet to find the warmest gloves/mitts on the market. We ended up getting ladies “Outdoor Research Alti Mitts” which are actually mountaineering gloves. They weren’t cheap (approx $USD$200), and being mitts the dexterity is affected, however, since then she has NEVER complained of cold hands, which means more riding for her and more riding for me :D One of the bext USD$200 investments I have made.
Just something to look out for if your hands get supercold also.
