Big White Trip, My 1st!
wow, its been a while scince ive posted anything on here, but hey, heres an update on my trip so far,
Day 0: Finally made it to the villiage, after alot of travel, I trudged down the local board shop, picked up some boots and a helmet and went to bed.
Day 1: Up at 4am, stupid jet lag, killed time until 8:30 walked down to the ski school meeting place, and away i went for my first lesson, By 10am i was linking turns and heading to the proper chair lift, went down the half runs for the rest of the day and only had a few tumbles.
Day 2: Went straight to the top of the mountain today, did alot of the green runs around there and a couple of easier blue runs, started jumping (when the instructor wasnt looking) until she turned and caught me in mid air, so stoked at this point, started doing a few smaller drops (2-3ft) and actually stuck 2 Mute Grabs,
Day 3: Headed over to the other side of the mountain and did most of the blue runs over there (wich were marked as black runs becuase of conditions, however they wernt that bad), started doing some bigger jumps and a few bigger drops (3-4ft) Did a few Mute Grabs and a few indi grabs too, just having the best time,
Day 4: Out by myself for the first time, headed out and stuck around 2 chairs, i did all the blue runs near these chairs, tackled a few moguls, even pulled off some grabs under lifts, getting cheers from the fellow snowboarders on the chairs, it is the best feeling, tried getting my speed up and tackled a few tree runs, also got stuck in a huge hole, had to chuck out my board and climb out
Day 5: hooked up with some awesome skiers today, took me down some awesome black runs, nailing some moguls and getting into some DEEP powder, only got stuck a few times and did some massive drops (well massive for me) did some wicked tree jumps, nearly stuck an 8ft launch but just couldnt ride it out,

Such an awesome trip so far, cant belive how quick ive picked up this snowboarding stuff, its just the best fun!!!!
