Well I posted, walked away, thought about it, wrote another post, walked away, thought about that then realised it was all a lot of hot air and me talking myself up a whole heap and being over sensitive and frustrated about something I can’t change.
It was actually therapeutic, because after I deleted my posts a new energy came over me and I focused on what I could do. Just look at my posts in the stoke thread.
I have no right to whinge, it’s insulting to all the people who envy the life I do live. And I live a dam good one. By removing negative it makes way for positive.
