Hey All
I am in dire need of some new snowboard pants, sick and tired of getting a wet date from sitting on snowing chairs and riding Japow here in Niseko. I currently have a pair of Burton’s which have done about 100 days so I can’t complain. Thought I might have been able to get one more trip out of them, but to no avail.
.
There are a few brands here, Billabong, Burton etc….
.
What do you guys a recommend, I have been happy with the Burton’s but there is plenty out there. Looking at 10000 & 10000 if I can.
Maybe your current pair just need a good re waterproofing!!

Hey
I wash and sprayed them before I came, but they are 5 years old now and I think that the materials life is done. They just keep getting wet on the arse. If the lift guy/gal doesn’t brush the seat, I get a wet date. If I take a spill and sit on my arse, I get a wet date. After about 4 hours it has soaked thru.
Cool just a thought - didn’t want to dampen (hehe) your purchasing efforts, just thought it might work if you really really loved em!
Tested my new 3CS Jacket at Whistler and a pair of their Pants will most def be on the agenda now!!!!!
Burton has an “inexpensive” Gore-Tex pant, $230 US . I think it’s called the Grill Pant.

It is a pretty good excuse to get some new duds. I do love em but I can also love some new ones.
after reading the title i thought you had pooped yourself…...
..you cant really go wrong with anything above 10/10 some have a fleecy feel others feel quite thin… comes down to how it fits and personal preference really

I’m not that old that I can’t control my sphincter…...yet.
I agree with Cabletie. As long as they are 10,000 it is really down to personal preference and the most important thing! Colour coordination!
I have never made a bad clothing purchase with both of those factors!
yeah I opened the thread thinking I was going to see a video that you’d watch that scared the poop out of you!
If you haven’t got the moolah to pay the RRP (which anyone with half a brain doesn’t), look on the sale racks. My other half got a pair of Sessions 20K/20K pants for the equivalent of about $80. Keep your eyes peeled and get yourself a bargain!
I should have thought about the thread title, everyone thinks I have crapped my dacks. Well have been out shopping in Niseko, tok all of 10min. Got a pair of Analog Asset Pants 10/10 for $220au. Got 20% off so can’t complain. Took wife with me for colour co-ordination ozgirl. Got ochre colour which apparently will match everything. Nice dry bum tomorrow. Thanks for all your feedback.
