Blakes canada greyhound trip , silverstar, revelstoke ?

hi everybody.. plan so far, whistler, silverstar, revelstoke, unplanned———

so it starts on a tuesday morning. leave whistler on the greyhound at 8.15 am i was hoping to get a decent veiw on the way into van , howver the bus windows were so dirty i couldnt see shit.:(

arrive in a van @10.30 early. , which means i have to wait for ages for the bus to leave to vernon at 12.30
so i went into the station got some food and chilled out till 12 headed to the greyhound stand to check in for my 12.30 bus . they want to weigh my bag. oh fuck…  so i sneaky lift one end whilst they weigh it. and it still comes out and 65lb. normal limit is 50. max limit is 70.. so it looks like il have to buy anouther bag to get back.

head back out to the terminal. after a little while a police man and a dog come along.. the dog decides my bag smells like drugs ( i am a good boy i never do anything lol) so mr police man says you have two choices. go to the station to search it. or have a look here. :(  makes me take all my shit out on the side walk then just leaves when th
ere is nothing there…. fffs

so the bus is 45 mins late leaving.. fffs

after having encounters with 2 strange passengers, one smelly, one just plain fucking weird. i ended up sitting right at the front

finally get to my destination at vernon at 8.35 pm. i then had to wait for my mates on the street for 30 mins haha. we had dinner had red robin ( that was mad great burgers , free drink and chip refills) and headed up to silver star.
i crashed hard on the couch after that day and spend today just walking around checking the place out, its a really nice little village with multi coloured buldings everywhere

silverstar has a nice ice rink , and its my mates job here to maintain it. so i have heard all about it. they have staff hockey on tonight so i went down to watch for a while

mmk so today was rad.. so rad. woke up to my mate looking down at me on the couch with a big grin on his face.. , look out the window.
its snowing. hard. fuck yeh ,  apparantly they havent had any for a while but there fair powder puff now… around 15 cm   hit some great runs and got fresh tracks most of the day, did some nice tree runs with great pow pillows , was having too much fun to take many pictures but heres some

so i forgot my camera today, sorry.

my mate was working today , so i went riding with some of his housemates where i am crashing, had a sick day, did plenty of tree runs down some nice gullys from top to bottom lots of fresh pow..
few jumps mucking around, had a ball.  bummed a lift into vernon this arvo and hence missed the night snowboarding. making a nice chilli for the guys here to thank them for the accom.
