USA 2011/2012

Yeah well, in my imagination I had it as if I was going to lay down a park lap a la Horgmo style, but the reality was lots of me falling on my head and my ass and that was the only run I did where I stayed on my feet

hells fcuking yeh! i thought it would be you riding around the features the way you described it…first jump BAM backflip.

Just so the rest of you know, the two jumps that AJ2 hit are pretty decent sized, it doesn’t show up in the footage but I rode basically exactly the same run all day at Bear and didn’t hit either of em, bigger than the Northstar park Deano anyways.

Nice flips AJ, taking off natural and landing switch!  Was there a heap of girls staying in the apartment to the left of the landing of the second flip cheering you on?  When I was there there was about 12 of em carrying on like crazy whenever anyone went big off that jump.

i thought the ones at the bottom of the Northstar park were big… and we hit them. Well the first one, the dodgy run in to the 2nd one was my undoing (re: caught an edge and stacked)

I seem to remember we doing all 3 on the first day and I overcooked the last one and ate it pretty hard?  Fark mate those two days were awesome I want to go back there bad now it has snow!

This is a quick video I made in a few hours featuring me and my girlfriend Evelyn. We decided to go on a roadtrip from Vancouver to Banff and back and also roamed around Montana finding as much terrain as we could. We are not pro and we don’t film ourselves to act pro but it sure is so much fun. Fingers crossed I’ll make a bigger video that has a bit more variety, some of the better stuff we did and some of the more stupid stuff we did.
