found a place i might move into, 1 street from the beach, massive backyard for a dog…

now to wriggle the price down a little…

With eddie’s party, deano’s two house warmings and now Ash’s movin out shindig, it looks like february is gonna be fairly solid for my social calendar!!!!!

NOT stoked that my right binding forward lean adjustment fell off and Union hasn’t replied my email regarding replacement parts. The stores does not carry the right parts too =(
