The Line Up - Daily Chat :)

Uuuuuggghh… big night last night for me.  Not a good feeling right now.

Hey everyone,

I will be M.I.A for the next week. Heading to Tassie again for another adventure. This time our expedition involves walking from Lake Rowellan 20kms through bush, the Central Plateau area, Mayland Flats and the Never Never carrying our packrafts with us. Then following the Mersey River around Cradle Mountain, paddling and/or abseilling at least 10 major waterfalls along the 20km section of river back to the start. Going to be an epic trip. This trip has never been done before. (Two kayaks did a similar route, and paddle the same section of river, but walked around the big falls where we intend to abseil them with our boats).
I’ll be in Tassie till next Monday (if all goes to plan). We have alowed 5-6days for the expedition but never know, could take longer or less time.

CHeers Azz. I will do a trip report ASAP upon return, but the full documentation of the expedition will take a while. We are hoping it gets published in a paddling or outdoors magazine. Taking a collection of GoProHD’s, DSLRs, Camcorders and sound recorders. Take a bit to put it all together but will be awesome
