those goggles remind me of those sunnies you could get in the early nineties that consisted of a wrap around lens with a bit of rubber “rope” for lack of a better word. anyone remember them? i think they may have been a coke promo?

no, but sounds pretty gangsta.  The ones I remember where those bug-eye goggles with two completely separate huge round eye pieces.
