What have the crowds / lift lines been like? It’s crazy at the moment in Whistler.
Northstar lift lines were pretty bad, there’s only one lift serving the park area and it gets pretty chockers, waited over 10 mins a couple of times. At Mammoth right now, more snow than Tahoe but today wasn’t that great, really windy and pretty icey. Ended up spending most of our time in the small park area to avoid the mini tornado’s happening further up.
just heard on the TV that its snowing at Kirkwood/Tahoe today… sonofabitch
10 minutes is not bad at all.
it was when it was by far the longest lift line you have had for 2 weeks and you want to hurry up and get back to the top of the park.
We had the entire backside of the mountain pretty much to ourselves the day before, we were literally the only guys in the lift line for a few hours.
Like Deano said the day before on the black runs there was hardly a soul so 10mins was a bit of a stretch, is Whistler really that bad? Decided to hang a bit closer to LA and staying at Big Bear tonight and tomorrow, get a few more runs in tomorrow, the snow cover looks better than anywhere we have been so far! Have an awesome night in Vegas Deano, I just didn’t re4lish the thought of a 5 hour drive tomorrow after the 6 hours or so t took us today.
I just checked Northstar, Heavenly and Kirkwood and there is no snowing going on there, not sure what drugs the TV reporter you listened to was on!

Im not sure, Kirkwood had on their facebook"its snowing at Kirkwood” like 100 times… weird
The report is saying they had a slight dusting yesterday which is a resort report is saying slight should actually be construed as fark all.

Man big bear is sick, like snowpark on steroids, there is like over 200 features, the whole place is basically park. Saw some sick riding today which was awesome, if only perisher would put ffeatures all over like bear, u can hit like 30 features in one run, out of control and waited maybe 2mins max in line. If your ever in LA you havta go.

A quick edit i cobbled together, didnt get much footage but the last half is most of a single run through Big Bear, I hit probably less than half whats available on that run alone. The first bit is mostly the baby park at Mammoth.
