ill see if its worth repairing my wheelie gig ...so i can fob it off
Will do huma!!!!!
Sikaflex is urethane, same stuff they hold car windscreens in with. If you have a mate who replaces windscreens, pay them a visit with a six pack, they have it in tubes that get pumped out of a battery gun.
Sticky stuff. Still remains sort of flexible. The other stuff that is awesome but I have not seen for years is Shoe goo. That stuff held all my skate shoes together well past their use by date
I remember Shoe Goo!!!!!!
I rang a Marine Trimmer, and as luck has it he only lives a couple of streets away!!!!!
Gonna rock around his place after new years to see what he can do!!!!!
off topic but speaking of Shoe Goo, I need some bad but dont know where or if I can get it!

Yeah, but it came off when I hit 90!!!!!
So, went to the Marine Trimmer, he said that he couldn’t really do anythin with it cause of the size/shape and where the tear was located on the bag!!!!!
Plan B came into play, so Mrs Mizu hand stitched the tear, and then followin Azz’s advice I stuck a patch over the whole shebang usin an off cut that the Marine Trimmer kindly gave me for nix, and then smothered it all with Sikaflex 221, under the patch, along the stitch and around the edge of the patch!!!!!
I’m gonna go over the edges with another coat of Sikaflex once this one has cured!!!!!
mate, that should be apples once your finished with it
