the Devo thread!!
Bell Shakespeare - great company. I worked with many of their actors back in the day and auditioned to be in a few of their plays.
I taught drama for a few years - but not in an education department curriculum. What do they expect, when I did 1 unit drama at high school all it meant was putting on a performance. It was the only class I got an A in.
Devo I don’t have an agent to send me to auditions that I’ll be rejected from each week anymore - that’s real acting, learning to deal with rejection. Maybe you learnt more than you know.

yeah it was close at the end, wasn’t it warren! I thought Lyon did really well and he nearly got us there. Test cricket is the best form of the game by far!
Devo’d I left my brand new (and only 3 week old job!!!!!) laptop on the bus this morning…..
Yeah i can, just really wanted to go because I’ll be teaching drama next year for the first time with a full time class and know that it would have been a huge help… ah well. On a scale of how shit my weekend has been that doesn’t really seem too big a concern for now. Off to read some other threads to cheer myself up.
