thankyou, yes that space is perfect for a tree. The super-deluxe Aldi bike stand was just shoved there by the wife who got sick of seeing it in the hall.

Went shopping for a christmas tree for my new flat yesterday, no luck, round 2 this afternoon. I think with the shopping opportunities available to me I need to be a little less fussy!
