Yeah, was driving down Appin rd and Bulli Pass during it. Could hear thunder over the engine, radio and rain.
I was running home in the rain from Austi station….ended up having to hang out in the tunnel under the railway for half an hour!
Bulli pass wouldve been rather hairy? The rain eased as I came down bulli pass but the runoff was emense.
hows working at Gringos? heard you were on tonight! where are you living atm? driving to work down bulli pass???
I made a new friend!
Whats your new friends name?
We get heaps of them around here. I love picking them up and chasing Wildman around with them.
Eeeeeeeeeeeeek!!!!
We have so many Huntsmen around our place!!!!!
And Red Back, White Tails, Funnel Webs…........
The White Tails are the ones that freak me out!!!!!
We only “relocate” the aggro Huntsmen, or the ones that crap a lot, and those Systema containers are perfect!!!!!

I like Gringo’s, known John for many years now.
Gringo’s first opened at Lake Jindy Hotel back in 1997, when he left Jindy-reopened in Thirroul, then in 2006 his brother came onboard and they started Samuels - where I worked for 2years before starting SNOcam.
For the last year Gringos-Mexican has been back on the leisure coast, the restaurant has a good atmosphere and the back room (facing the railway) is being renovated and due to open in a couple of weeks - it’s a great space and could turn out to be a popular night spot.
Within the first week I’ve been promoted, twice! The owner wants me to keep the website and fb page updated so I’ll finally get paid to do some IT. During the week I’m the only waiter (on my shifts) so my share of the tips is impressive. I can only work every second weekend so at least I wont get over-it, not that I haven’t been asked to work every weekend.
I’m still living at mum’s in Narellan, it’s 45min. Appin rd is an easy drive and late at night Narellan rd is fine. If I nudge the speed limit I can do it in 30min. (when my daughter was being born I did it in 15!)
But I usually stay on the coast if it’s a late night, or there is surf - I sleep in the car (Orange Ford Territory).
On weekend shifts I’ll catch up with mates at the pub and see who’s floor I can pass out on or end up downing a few on the beach with whoever is around.
yep it was me that spotted you, spaz. Just drove past to get some thai chill out and saw your noggin in there. As crackers pointed out, I should have yelled out spppaaaaazzzzz as I went past. haha I’ve never been in there myself - glad you’re enjoying it though.
Whats everyone up too today?

Morning, Remembrance day 2011.
Plenty of talk on the net, radio and TV about the 11.11.11 thing.
I’ll be taking time at at 11:00am to stop for a minute and remember.
My Great Uncle fought in New Guinea, I am proud of what he did.
I have some friends who are either past or present military and have been to some really F#$ked up places, serving our country.
Proud of those guys for doing a really tough job.
