nah mate no idea. was only a young kid, was more interested in riding dirt bikes then his triumph!

Serious, $80 fine??? I think in vic you are punished with death.
They can take your car off you for a month for doing a little chook scratch when you take off from the lights 
Azz they can do it in NSW as well but fuirst offence is 3 months, how do I know? It happened to me about 8 years ago, flicked the tail while turning right and a cop happened to be about 400m down the road behind me. It was in Sawtell and I still maintain the cop had a massive problem with the fact I was less than half his age, had a car he couldn’t afford and was from Sydney, that combo meant he threw the book at me, was trying to go for me for street racing, breath tested me dragged me down the station and basically behaved in a manner that provoked some seriously homicidal thoughts in my head.
I have never liked authority and this was confirmation that giving power over others to some people is like giving a pyromaniac matches at a petrol station, you just know that no good will come of it. To this day I would still like to meet that cop in a dark alley and learn him the error of his ways.
So I just worked out that it’s a $400 fine and 4 points… looks like this last 18 days can’t come quick enough and I definitely wont be riding lol.
