What are you doing this weekend?

Woot woot… didnt have to make the 4hr round trip to Tamworth and back, so I slotted in a nanna nap instead

I’m doing nothing! and it’s like the last free weekend till December… so I’m loving it!

Just got back from fishing and what a day, 9 hrs of fishing i’m wrecked…........

Got that many flatheads, fish for dinner tonight lol yewwww

When we get flatty tails, we roll them in White Wings “Crumbs in One” bung them on the BBQ with a little cooking oil, wait til golden brown 1 - 2 mins.

They taste bloody fantastic. The kids can’t get enough of them.

Even folk who don’t like seafood, converts them. Good tucker, give it a whirl sometime.

We used to have crumb in one in the pantry all the time, now we go the Panko crumbs or the karage (spellin????) coatin that ya get at the Japanese Supermarket!!!!!

Flatty tails or whiting has to be my fave fishes for sure!!!!!

I have yet another wedding this weekend. It’s at The Spit in North Sydney on Sunday evening.

Heading out for dinner tonight and hopefully chillin’ at the beach tomorrow.
